From priority to executable project.
Developing infrastructure does not begin on site. It begins years earlier — in identifying a priority, structuring the arrangement, mobilizing the right partners, and coordinating a complex process. KORA works across that full chain, through five areas of activity.
Structuring & Bankability
This is the core of KORA’s work. We build the commercial and financial structure that makes a project bankable: feasibility studies, economic modeling, allocation of risk between parties, and documentation that meets lenders’ required standards. A bankable project is not an ambitious one — it is one whose structure withstands financiers’ scrutiny.
Origination
KORA identifies high-impact infrastructure opportunities and engages the relevant public authorities and agencies early. We help define the need, assess its economic rationale, and establish the appropriate cooperation framework — the institutional foundation no project holds together without.
Financing Mobilization
KORA mobilizes the financing sources suited to each project: development finance institutions (DFIs), export credit agencies (ECAs), commercial debt, and equity investors. We structure blended financing where appropriate, and align financiers’ expectations with the reality of the project and of the public authorities involved.
EPC & Technical Partner Mobilization
KORA qualifies, selects and coordinates the international EPC partners and technical advisors a project needs to be executed to the highest standards. Our role is to assemble the right delivery team around the project — and to ensure the interfaces between public, financial and technical partners actually work.
KORA maintains continuity across phases — studies, financing, procurement, delivery — by coordinating workstreams and keeping every party aligned. We also mobilize local execution capacity on the appropriate scopes, complementing international EPCs, to de-risk delivery and anchor value locally.
