Our sectors.
KORA focuses on the infrastructure that supports economic integration, local transformation and the resilience of communities across West and Central Africa. Across each of these sectors, our role is constant: turn a priority into a bankable project, bring together the partners able to execute it, and coordinate its delivery.
Transport & Corridors
Roads, logistics links and regional corridors determine market access, resource development and economic integration. They are often the most decisive projects — and the most demanding to arrange, since they cut across sovereign stakes, multiple financing sources and international operators. KORA structures these projects to withstand financiers’ scrutiny and mobilizes the EPCs and lenders able to carry them.
Energy
Access to reliable power is the precondition for almost everything else: industry, services, local processing. Energy projects — generation, transmission, distribution — require robust financial structuring and close alignment between governments, producers and financiers. KORA develops and structures these projects, and brings together the technical and financial partners who make them viable.
Industrial & Logistics
Industrial platforms, economic zones and logistics infrastructure anchor value locally rather than exporting it raw. These projects connect private investment, public ambition and technical delivery. KORA develops their arrangement and mobilizes the industrial, financial and technical partners they require.
Agriculture & Agro-industry
Agricultural and agro-industrial infrastructure — irrigation, storage, processing, cold-chain logistics — determines how much value a region keeps from what it produces. KORA develops these projects and brings together the partners able to finance and execute them, in a logic of local content and durable value.
Water & Public Infrastructure
Water, sanitation and essential public facilities shape the health, resilience and quality of life of communities. These projects demand particular structuring discipline, since they combine public imperative with the requirement of bankability. KORA develops them with the same rigor as commercially oriented projects.
